DRUNK :/
Some things to really bitch about over a Beer.
The elephant in the room, and the exponential function explained.
It was important to start with economic function so you can further understand the reasons and motives of those in charge. Im using a six minute video to give the gist and not bore you from the beginning. If you later find this interesting as i did I have also included a link to Al Bartlett's explanation too, bit longer but really worth the visit. Simple one on one maths and economics so dont be scared you will understand.
5 million views for an old codger giving a lecture about arithmetic?? What's going on? You'll just have to watch to see what's so damn amazing about what he (Albert Bartlett) has to say. It's longer then the first video but if the first video got you catching fly’s then this will blow your mind.
If you now understand the human dilema we can move on.
The latest Eurostat population figures show that there were 392,600 more people in Britain in 2012 compared to the previous year, putting the total population of the UK at 63,888,000.
More than a third of the increase, 38 per cent or 148,700 people, was accounted for by immigration with the rest accounted for by “natural change”, the fact that 243,900 more babies were born than people that died.
The number of live births in Britain was 813,000 in 2012, the second highest in Europe, falling just behind France where 822,000 babies were born. Simple maths proves man kind is screwed in the UK and still our borders are opened and 60% of our resources owned by foregin companys. The strain as already started with our energy suplies, police force, hospitals, Prisons and on and on.
I know, this can noy be true? like i said Im not a conspirasist or doomsday buff, so lets look at facts and uk figures published by the EU.
Britain's population will surge to 132million over the next century if current trends persist.High immigration, rising birth rates and growing life expectancy are behind the forecast from the Office for National Statistics. ( Thats one person every 75 square meters roughly).
It said the UK population – already the fastest growing in Europe – will hit 100million by 2075 and 132million by 2112. That would be more than double the current estimate of 63.7million,
Analysts believe a population of 70million would critically overstretch housing, transport, health, education, energy and other services.
If immigration were to stop now, the population would gradually fall to below its present level, the ONS said.
It has produced a series of projections based on ‘alternative assumptions’ as what is likely to happen under different levels of immigration, births and life expectancy.
According to the principal estimates – those the ONS considers most likely to come true – the population will rise to 73.3million in 2037, and the politically sensitive 70million point will come as early as 2027.
However, that depends on net migration – the effect on population after both immigration and emigration are taken into account – staying at 165,000 a year.
Ministers accept that – because they cannot control movement within the EU – their target to reduce annual net migration to below 100,000 will be missed. Latest figures, for the year to the end of June, put the level at 182,000.
The ONS projections say that with high migration, high fertility and high increases in life expectancy, the population may be nearly 78million in 2037, and just under 131.9million by 2112. If net migration drops to zero, the 2037 population is likely to be 67.5million before falling back.
The attempt to project so far into the future produces figures which will inevitably be proved wrong, the ONS said. But it added that ‘projections are intended to provide an indication of uncertainty and sensitivity to alternative assumptions’.
It added: ‘It is sometimes useful to prepare special case scenarios or “what if” projections, to illustrate the consequences of a particular, but not necessarily realistic, set of assumptions, such as zero net migration or no change.
politically sensitive 70million point will come as early as 2027
MATH'S REALLY?
NO! NO! I dont want to know!
OMG!
Remember if your going to try to impress people down the pub over a few larger’s there is some things you need to watch out for. First rule dont ever try this conversation whilst footballs on. 2nd rule, dont ever try explaining to the guy that is obviously pissed and mine sweeping drinks, O' and look out for the guy in the corner that knows more then you, or believes he does. 3rd rule, If they can not stand or even sit down properly they are pissed and your waisted energy will be forgotten by the time he leaves if ever. 4th rule, try to avoid saying the word England in a pub, the conversation will quickly turn to football and fisticuffs. Last and final rule, dont tell women offer them the information, dont talk at them, keep eye contact and watch your drink.
Your not going to please every one and that is not your intension, if you can find one sober person and get him interested your job is done. He will use the info just like you did and inform others. If you can make one person more aware of political issues or the economy and get them interested, its one more person that will debate with others. This is your England, get involved for your family your future and your own dam respect.
